Company Consultant Agreement

This Agreement (the „Agreement“) is entered into on that date by and between [Demo Company LLC] („The Company“),, a limited liability company [your city/state] at the mailing address of [your address or mailing address]; These are also prohibitions of debauchery and non-competition, preventing the advisor from competing unfairly or asking the client for business. 1.1 xxxxxx provides (name of company) consulting services as mutually agreed and described in the attached tender specifications. All consulting services provided under this Agreement are referred to as services. The Parties may use this Agreement for more than one specification. Each specification shall refer to this Agreement. The answers to these and many other questions must be definitively covered in your consulting contract, and today we will cover all these key components and provide you with a solid, downloadable template that you can use in PDF and Google Doc forms. This Agreement may not be terminated by either Party before [90 days] after the date indicated above. In the event that the Customer wishes to terminate the Services under this Agreement, the Customer must make a written request to the Company at least seven (7) days prior to the desired termination date. Written requests for termination may be sent by mail or email. If the customer terminates the agreement in writing, all funds due to the company are immediately due and automatically debited from the customer`s payment method.

Under no circumstances will the Company grant refunds of the amount paid for the services under this agreement. During the term of this Agreement and for [number of months of non-competition] months thereafter, the Advisor may not participate, directly or indirectly, as an employee, officer, manager, partner, manager, advisor, agent, owner or in any other capacity in competition with the Client or any of its subsidiaries, including an undertaking participating in [type of transaction]. . . .
